Dog friendly, great tunes and decor. Lovely batter on fish and triple cooked chips. What’s not to like?

The Point Bar & Restaurant is on the North Wales coast, in the small village of Talacre, Flintshire next to pristine sandy beaches, sand dunes and the famous lighthouse. It’s also one of the most popular cycling and dog walking routes and we’re proud of our serene surroundings…but we thought we’d bring a bit of life to the area.

After gutting out a previous pub on the site, we wanted to shake things up a little. Our place is inspired by the thriving scene of Manchester’s Northern Quarter and Liverpool’s Albert Dock area with the amazing food and booze to match!
We have one of the biggest collections of gins in north wales, a vast amount of vodkas and whiskeys an extensive range of craft ales, continental greats and traditional fan-favorite beers. And don’t forget our amazing homemade food made by locally renowned chef, John Bacon.
